Introduction

The Setting section provides you the ability to self-manage your connection in the test and production environment with DerbySoft.  The threshold section was aimed at those GO suppliers who would like to control availability to sold out to distributors if inventory is less than a threshold to avoid overbooking.

How does it work?

As inventory provided from GO supplier is sharing with all distributors, which will casue overbooking issues if there are only one or two rooms left. Therefore, we provide a feature for the users to set up a threshold in the GO console to close out in advance for some specific distributors. The threshold setting is available on the Hotel level and product level.
