Task

Sometimes, you will need to search reservations to verify that a booking has been completed or to troubleshoot where a booking has failed. This article will show you how to do so on the console.

Instructions

Step 1 Navigate to the Reservations tab and click Search/ Search UAT.


Step 2 Input the search criteria that you would like to search and click the Search button.

Tip:
You can search your reservation in a date range when you try to use check-in/check out/booking date in Search Criteria, maximum range is one month.

 

Then you are able to review the below info about your Reservation to help you better lock up the details.


You can also view Error Code & Error Message directly when you hover over the Reservation Result Failed:



Step 3 Click the Detail button to review Res details.


Then you can review the Reservation Profile, Check-In Info, Room Rate, Extensions(RES), Error, Fees on the Detail page:


Step 4 Click the Show RES Timeline History button to view the time point of reservation creation and modification.

If necessary, you can also view the reservation log by clicking Show All.
